An All-White Dance Floor, Made for the Moment

An all-white dance floor turns the center of the room into a calm, luminous stage for a first dance, a packed dance set, or a carefully composed reception design. Its restrained look works especially well with white draping, candlelight, greenery, modern florals, and black-tie details without competing with them.

Columbus Dance Floor Co serves weddings, private events, planners, and now corporate events and galas throughout Ohio. Every All White rental is quote-only: tell us your event date, venue, room plan, and design direction so we can confirm the proposal, current stock, and the right installation scope for your event.

Columbus-based. Serving Ohio by proposal. Current inventory and date availability require confirmation.

A polished foundation for romantic design

The glossy white surface keeps the visual language simple while giving the room a distinct focal point. It can echo a white aisle, soften a dark ballroom, or make a draped ceiling and suspended greenery feel intentionally connected to the dance area.

For an editorial or romantic reception, consider placing the floor where the first-dance photographs can include the room’s strongest details: chandeliers, candles, head table, or a framed ceremony backdrop. The floor is a design anchor, not a substitute for a complete room plan.

Plan the floor around the room

All panels are 3 by 3 feet, with standard square configurations from 12 to 24 feet. Your guest count, dance style, table footprint, DJ or band position, and venue clearances all matter when choosing a practical size; the final recommendation belongs in the event proposal.

Share a venue diagram or measurements when you inquire, especially for rooms with columns, built-in stages, low transitions, or protected flooring. Delivery, site installation, access requirements, and any extras are confirmed in the final quote rather than assumed as free or all-in service.

A real Waypoint 4180 setting

At Waypoint 4180 in Canfield, the All White floor appears beneath soft draping, greenery, chandeliers, and candlelit tables—a useful reference for couples and planners imagining a romantic reception with a strong, uncluttered center. It is an example of a real installation, not a promise that the same venue or date is available.

HELPFUL DETAILS

Before you book.

Is the All White dance floor priced from a published base rate?

All White is quote-only. We prepare the proposal around your event date, floor size, venue conditions, access, installation scope, and any requested extras instead of presenting an unverified flat price.

What information should I send for an accurate proposal?

Include the event date, venue and city, estimated guest count, room dimensions or a floor plan, setup and strike access windows, and whether the event is a wedding, private celebration, gala, or corporate gathering. Photos of the room are helpful too.

Can the white floor be customized with a printed wrap?

Custom wraps can be requested as an additional design layer. Wraps are quoted separately at $6 per square foot, and the final proposal confirms feasibility, artwork requirements, timing, and total scope.

Does the quote include delivery and installation?

The final quote confirms delivery, site installation, access conditions, and any related extras for your specific venue. Those details are not assumed to be free or included in an all-in price before the site and event plan are reviewed.
