How much does a dance floor rental cost?
Black & White and White & Natural Wood rentals start at $950 and use the same standard-size prices. Your final quote depends on floor style, size, event details, and location. The location-based delivery fee is included in your final quote.
What floor sizes do you offer?
Black & White, White & Natural Wood, and All White standard sizes are 12 × 12, 15 × 15, 18 × 18, 21 × 21, and 24 × 24 feet, using 3 × 3 ft panels. LED sizes follow the same 3-foot increments and extend to 27 × 27 and 30 × 30 ft. Larger and custom configurations require a quote.
Do you serve locations outside Columbus?
Yes. Columbus is our home base, and we serve events across Ohio, including Dayton, Akron, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. Share your venue location for a delivery-inclusive quote.
Can I use a floor outdoors?
Venue conditions matter. Please share whether your event is indoors or outdoors, the surface type, and any tent or weather plans. Suitability and site requirements must be confirmed before booking.
What should I send with my inquiry?
Your event date, venue and city, floor preference, approximate size, and guest count are a helpful start. If you have a planner, floor plan, or inspiration images, mention those too. Delivery, installation, and removal scope will be confirmed in your proposal.
