Every panel is 3 by 3 feet, with standard square footprints from 12 by 12 through 24 by 24 feet. That makes the floor easier to discuss with your planner and venue team: start with the space available, then balance dancing room against tables, bars, lounges, and guest circulation.

Straightforward starting prices
For planning purposes, White & Natural Wood follows the same base rates as Black & White: $950 for 12 by 12 feet, $1,250 for 15 by 15, $1,650 for 18 by 18, $2,100 for 21 by 21, and $2,500 for 24 by 24. These are base floor prices, not a promise that every date or site can be served.
Custom wraps are available at $6 per square foot extra when appropriate for the approved design and site. Delivery, site installation, access conditions, teardown, and any other scope or extras are confirmed in the final quote; they should not be assumed to be free or included in a base price.
Plan the floor with your venue team
Before requesting a proposal, note the room’s usable dimensions, finished-floor or surface conditions, load-in route, setup window, and any venue rules. A simple room diagram or venue contact can help identify whether the selected square will preserve comfortable paths around the dance floor.
For weddings, private events, planners, corporate gatherings, and galas, send the date and site early. We can then review the requested footprint, collection, logistics, and timing together before anything is treated as confirmed.

Does the listed price include delivery and installation?
Not automatically. The listed figures are base floor prices. Delivery, installation scope, access, teardown, and other extras are reviewed and confirmed in the final quote for your specific site.
Can the floor include a custom wrap?
