A luminous centerpiece with room to breathe
LED panels are built in 3-by-3-foot sections, so the footprint can be planned around the dance area rather than treated as a one-size-fits-all prop. The LED collection supports larger footprints beyond standard square options, subject to the event plan and current stock. A thoughtful layout leaves circulation for guests, servers, photographers, and the couple’s entrance.
For design-led receptions, the floor can carry visual weight while the rest of the room stays restrained. For a gala or corporate celebration, it can establish a clear after-dinner transition without competing with a stage, sponsor wall, projection, or awards setup. Share a floor plan and venue rules so the recommendation fits the room.
Plan lighting, power, and timing together
An illuminated floor is part of the event’s production conversation. Confirm where power may be available, whether cables must be routed or covered, when the room can be accessed, and how the floor fits around DJ, band, AV, catering, and décor load-in. Lighting behavior and entertainment coordination should be discussed in advance; capabilities depend on the confirmed setup and partners involved.
If you are planning a first dance, surprise reveal, awards moment, or late-night color shift, include those beats in your inquiry. We can use them to shape proposal questions, while the final quote confirms equipment, timing, site-installation scope, and added requirements.
Clear pricing, then a confirmed proposal
LED rental pricing is calculated at $9.375 per square foot, with the total rounded to the nearest cent. A custom wrap, when selected, is an additional $6 per square foot. These figures describe the floor or design components; delivery, site installation, access conditions, and other extras are confirmed in the final quote rather than assumed to be free or all-inclusive.
Tell us your event date, city, venue, desired footprint, and whether the floor needs a particular program or room transition. Availability is not verified until we review the request and current stock. We will confirm what can be proposed for your date, then document the agreed scope before you plan around it.

Before you book.
Can the LED floor be used for a corporate gala or company event?
Yes. Corporate events and galas are now part of the events Columbus Dance Floor Co can consider, alongside weddings and private celebrations. Share the run of show, venue requirements, and stage or AV elements so the floor can be evaluated as part of the production plan.
Can I request a specific color pattern or lighting effect?
You can describe the mood, palette, transitions, or key moments you want to explore. Specific programming, controls, effects, and coordination are not guaranteed from the photo reference; they must be discussed and confirmed in the proposal.
What should my venue and planner confirm before booking?
Ask about clear access and load-in timing, usable floor area, nearby power, cable or floor-covering rules, production conflicts, and the venue’s installation requirements. Those details help define the final delivery and site-installation scope.
Is the LED floor automatically available on my event date?
No. A request starts the review; it does not reserve a floor or guarantee current stock. Availability and the proposed footprint are confirmed only after we review your date, location, access plan, and requested scope.
